Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team in Poland (Krakow or Gdansk). As a key member of our Quality Assurance Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting software test automation infrastructure that enables automated product validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Scrum masters, product owners, architects, business analysts, and project team members to ensure seamless software quality delivery
  • Create comprehensive test automation scripts from business requirements and functional specifications documents for product features of moderate complexity
  • Execute manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests
  • Provide leadership and guidance on testing methodologies, identifying opportunities for improvement, and innovating new approaches to automation using Artificial Intelligence
  • Maintain and expand labs hosting automated and manual testing, as well as conduct staging and certification of product media during releases

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in software testing in a process-driven technology environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in programming languages such as C#, SQL, PowerShell, and Bash
  • Familiarity with Silk4Net and other automation tools is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
