About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Supply Chain team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing international projects of medium to large scale and complexity, often leading a substantial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring all activities align with project objectives and comply with our project management framework.
  • Lead an international project team, identifying areas for team improvement through training and mentoring.
  • Conduct assurance reviews within the project, facilitate reviews by third parties, and resolve identified issues.

Requirements:

  • Completed Master's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of procurement, supply chain, fulfillment, and logistical processes.
  • Experience in complex operations projects, construction, fit-outs, and ramp-ups of new/existing warehouse and office facilities.
