JTI GBS Poland sp. z o.o. seeks a highly skilled IT Controls Manager to lead the design and implementation of IT security controls across the organization.
The primary responsibilities include:
- IT Controls Design – Develop and implement IT security controls that align with JSOX requirements and corporate policies.
- Access Management – Oversee controls related to access management, ensuring proper Segregation of Duties and preventing unauthorized access.
- Change Management – Manage IT change management controls to ensure compliance with JSOX and IT policies.
- Operational Controls – Implement operational IT controls to support day-to-day functions, including regular monitoring and backup processes.
- Segregation of Duties – Manage Segregation of Duties ruleset for SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Control Assessment – Oversee internal processes related to management self-assessment of internal security controls and JSOX remediation process.
- JSOX Compliance – Conduct comprehensive reviews of projects to ensure adherence to JSOX and IT control requirements.
- Collaboration – Work with cross-functional teams to integrate security and control framework into day-to-day operations.
- Reporting – Prepare presentations and reports for senior management based on obtained requirements.
