We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join KAMAR Knapkiewicz S.K.A. team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  2. Lead and motivate nationwide sales team members to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  3. Build and maintain productive relationships with key customers and personnel.
  4. Negotiate and close agreements with large clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  5. Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
  6. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  2. Success in managing high-performing sales teams and driving results.
  3. Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
  4. Strong customer service attitude, excellent negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of market trends.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  6. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  7. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
