We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and shape the future of our Employee Service Catalogue. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly self-service platforms that meet the needs of our employees.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and provide a seamless experience for our employees.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Designers, to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality designs.

  • Collaborate with Service Operations teams (HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to ensure our catalogue aligns with real-world processes and provides value to stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain high-fidelity prototypes, using tools like Figma and InVision, to test and refine your designs.

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years of experience in UX Design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments.

  • Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking, with the ability to navigate complexity and create scalable solutions.

  • Experience designing self-service platforms, request/fulfillment workflows, or enterprise tools, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

  • Proficiency in Figma, InVision, Sketch, or other design tools, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and ideas.
