Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain welding documentation in accordance with standards, regulations, and quality system documents.
  • Participate in contract and project reviews to ensure welding feasibility and meet technical and quality requirements.
  • Determine the applicable welding technology for specific products.
  • Develop and prepare welding technological instructions and certification documents.
  • Design and create welding plans, repair instructions, and welding instructions.
  • Determine types, grades, and requirements for welding auxiliary and auxiliary materials.
  • Manage welding consumables and assess weldability of base materials.
  • Assess subcontractor suitability and analyze nonconformity causes.
  • Participate in technological test determination for welding machines and devices.
  • Determine non-destructive, destructive, and additional tests for welded joints.
  • Supervise and report working tests for welded structures.
  • Determine welder qualifications for welded structures.
