We are looking for an experienced Corporate Customer Relationship Expert to join our team at TN Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to corporate customers in Poland, Ireland, and Northern Ireland.
You will communicate with customers daily in English, resolving complex issues related to banking processes. You will also work collaboratively with your colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise, and contributing to a collaborative atmosphere in the team.
A key aspect of this position is being proactive and enthusiastic, able to help customers and contribute to creating an outstanding work atmosphere. You should have strong interpersonal skills, be fluent in both English and Polish, and have experience with telephone support or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or website.
- Resolve complex customer issues related to banking processes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- +2 years of experience with telephone support or customer service.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both in speaking and writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft products is beneficial.
