TN Poland is seeking a dedicated professional to join our HRConnect team as an HR Service Excellence Specialist.This role requires providing exceptional HR services and maintaining high customer satisfaction by supporting employees and managers with their inquiries and transactions.
About the Job:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and valid information through various channels.
- Navigate employees and managers through self-service transactions and processes in our HR system (Workday).
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in our HR system.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from other HRConnect teams to deliver outstanding service quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on HR processes, policies, and general questions through phone, chat, or email.
- Use relevant methods and tools to provide accurate and complete information to employees.
- Support employees and managers with transactions and processes, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in our HR system.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other HRConnect teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service (1-3 years).
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German (C1 level).
- Experience with HR service and processes, as well as HRIS tools and systems, is considered an asset.
- Customer orientation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player attitude and transparent communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
