Job Title: HR Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Support Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Managing all interview coordination, working across time zones and dealing with complex scheduling requirements.
  2. Ensuring that our candidates and hiring teams have an excellent experience throughout the process.
  3. Coordinating and managing travel for candidates when necessary.
  4. Crafting offer documentation for new hires and overseeing the pre-onboarding process with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Emerging as a systems expert and providing assistance to our TA and People teams.
  6. Completing all necessary TA Operations tasks, including background checks and expense reimbursements.
  7. Developing and maintaining reports for our TA and People teams.
  8. Maintaining documentation and educational resources to outline TA Operations processes.
  9. Addressing any ad-hoc projects as needed.
  10. Collaborating closely with multiple teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our candidates and customers.
  11. Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve the experience for our customers and candidates.
  12. Providing our candidates and hiring teams with a world-class experience by ensuring frequent communication and exceptional service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a Recruiting Coordination position.
  2. A proven track record of working with high volumes and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  3. Superior attention to detail is essential.
  4. A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  5. The capacity to think critically and develop solutions.
  6. Experience working as part of a global team is highly valued.
  7. Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and an ATS is preferred.
  8. Prior experience handling hard copy employment contract signings and documentation is desirable.
