**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. as HR Advisor/HR Operations Specialist. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and providing excellent employee support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Ensure the HR database is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with applicable legislation.
  • Prepare and issue employment-related documentation for new hires and current employees.
  • Respond to employees' HR-related questions and provide necessary support.
  • Support the payroll department by providing relevant employee data (e.g., leave of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively participate in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate Health & Safety (H&S) activities with external providers.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including payroll, H&S, and benefits providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably in the company from IT industry.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors - a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in managing employee benefits programs.
  • Strong background in vendor management within HR.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
