**Project Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead the delivery of multiple site or single mega site building campaigns, providing a coordinated design, fabrication, and installation solution.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a complex construction environment, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based companies is beneficial.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary customer interface for both off-site and on-site operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Communicate customer expectations to the operations of design and fabrication.
  • Oversee bids and collaborate closely with engineering and estimating teams internally.
  • Engage MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) stakeholders to ensure all off-site manufacturing needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer performance goals while balancing cost impacts for on- and off-site operations.
  • Evaluate BIM activity to maintain continuity from design to manufacturing and delivery.
  • Coordinate VAVE activities to add value to the project.
  • Maintain revenue and profitability targets for the project.
  • Facilitate the quotation process across Atkore globally for a specific client program, and track changes and cost impacts for the operation and the customer.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction, or equivalent training and experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a complex construction environment, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • General knowledge of large-scale construction program design and delivery, including GC needs, material flow, planning, scheduling, supply management/purchasing, inventory, costing, and shipping/receiving.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel for business (approximately 30% annually).
  • A natural inclination toward solving complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills to promote cross-team collaboration.
  • Trustworthy, self-driven, and ambitious, with an understanding of the importance of teamwork to achieve challenging goals.
