Job Description

Kyndryl is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services, and we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with senior executives at top-tier companies.

You will have a proven track record of building and commercializing relationships with CXO-level clients, and be able to leverage your industry expertise to drive revenue growth and manage margins. Your ability to innovate and drive change will be critical in this role, as you work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management, with a strong personal brand and presence in the industry. Fluency in Polish and English is required, and previous experience in the field of Cloud, Data & AI, or Security would be an advantage.
