  • Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives to design process improvements, systems development, or the implementation of best practices within the area of expertise.
  • Influencing and supporting project teams to achieve the best business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Finance, with a strong focus on Accounting processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Experience in SSC, SHS, COE, or BPO environments will be an asset.
  • Master's degree in Finance with relevant accounting certifications/training or ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, CS, or a similar qualification.
  • Excellent English skills - at a minimum B2/C1 level, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in complex cross-functional programs and projects.
