About the Role

We're looking for a strong relationship builder, forward-thinking innovator with a passion for sustainability to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. In this role, you will have a pivotal role in delivering projects to customers across all the countries we serve.

Your key responsibilities will include creating project plans and schedules, evaluating and managing change requests, managing project updates and alignments with stakeholders, and proactively identifying improvements in our way of working.

Responsibilities

  • Create all project plans and schedules in SAP PS – including alignment with customers, supply chain and external vendors
  • Evaluate and manage all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value and identify up-selling opportunities in course of project
  • Manage the project's Profit & Loss, secure and improve margin
  • Manage all project updates and agreed alignments with stakeholders
  • Pro-actively come up with improvements in our way of working, sharing best practices and embrace continuous (LEAN) improvement culture

Requirements

  • You are fluent in English and German. Polish and Czech are a plus
  • You are graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience managing business-to-business projects ideally within the Building Management Systems area
  • You are an excellent communicator, change manager and collaborator
  • You are willing and able to travel up to 50% of your time
