We are seeking a highly skilled Global Fleet Category Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, specifically in fleet management and strategic sourcing.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute global sourcing strategies in close alignment with the global category manager and business stakeholders.
  2. Leverage the purchasing power of the company on a global base for fleet spend to achieve set performance targets.
  3. Support global sourcing initiatives for the global fleet category, working closely with key stakeholders to implement regional category strategies.
  4. Benchmark studies for the category team and specific sourcing initiatives.
  5. Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and service providers to secure advantageous terms and periodically renew price lists.
  6. Perform RFIs/RFQs, e-Auctions for various countries and evaluate supplier bids.
  7. Run regional/local sourcing initiatives under a defined threshold.
  8. Create local contract amendments for frame agreements on behalf of a country and update/maintain frame contracts.
  9. Manage cooperation with a portfolio of approved suppliers and oversee their performance.
  10. On-board new suppliers in close collaboration with local stakeholders and provide supplier reports to business and category manager.
  11. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Monitor and track supplier performance to set price and service levels.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and prepare adequate supply.
