At Société Générale Poland, we are seeking a skilled Portfolio Risk Manager to join our Global Banking and Advisory division.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of transactions and oversee the risk for projects within diverse business areas. As a Portfolio Risk Manager, you will be responsible for conducting detailed periodic credit reviews, assessing country, market and environmental risk, managing various amendments/waivers to portfolio transactions, and preparing additional items to loan documentation.

You will also correct and update transactions where necessary, manage RWA parameters of transactions, ensure correct system input, and update internal project ratings and monitoring covenants. Additionally, you will analyze historical financial statements and report on project progress or performance, contribute to reporting and monitoring of data quality, and liaise with various departments and external contacts.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in credit risk analysis or structured finance, as well as knowledge of at least some of the following business areas: Power, Infrastructure, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, Leverage Finance, Telecom, Shipping, Aircraft, Real Estate and Export Finance. You must speak English fluently and be meticulous and analytical, focused on quality and excellence.
