About the Role

As a Digital Contract Management Specialist at AmRest, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Legal Contracts Team and their stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the super admin of our Contract Lifecycle Management Tool, ensuring seamless contract management processes.

Your Key Challenges
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the Contract Lifecycle Management Tool, serving as the single point of contact for contract owners, users, and suppliers. Provide training and support to users to ensure effective tool utilization.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee system operations and work closely with our IT department to guarantee the Contract Lifecycle Management tool is available, secure, and up-to-date.
  • Contract Template Development: Develop and maintain contract templates that comply with local and international legal requirements.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to official AmRest contract creation rules and verify the accuracy of templates according to local legal standards.
Your Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Language Proficiency: Very good knowledge of the English language.
  • Digital Acumen: Understanding of digital tools and technology relevant to contract management.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Legal Knowledge: Understanding of legal principles and requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in work, ensuring all contracts and templates are error-free.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
