Are you passionate about the intersection of AI and UX? We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our global interdisciplinary team of experts. As a UX Strategist, you will be responsible for designing innovative solutions that advance the state of the art in support of high-growth products and serve Thomson Reuters customers in new and exciting ways.

About the Role

  • You will ground our projects in contextual understanding of our end users, bringing the voice of the customer to our projects and making them more successful.
  • You will workshop, rapidly prototype, and user-test new interface ideas.
  • You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, sharing information, valuing diverse ideas, and partnering effectively with colleagues across the globe.
  • You will be accountable for timely, well-managed deliverables.
  • You will be empowered to try new approaches and learn new methodologies.
  • You will be a proactive communicator who is excited to share your work, articulately and compellingly describing ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

About You

  • You have a four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent work experience.
  • You have a track record of professional design experience.
  • You have expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX Research methods to deliver insights.
  • You have expertise in planning and running Design Thinking workshops with customers and stakeholders.
  • You have proficiency in rapid prototyping, wireframing, presentation, and high-fidelity design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
  • You have a strong portfolio of work that illustrates your process, your level of craft, and the results you have driven.
  • You have familiarity with Agile development.
  • You have confidence in working with a strong, passionate, fast-paced team environment.
  • You have strong time-management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • You have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
