We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our design guild. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our consultancy project TradeZella and our products (Coupler.io, Mailtrap.io, TitanApps.io).

Job Description

We're looking for an expert who can drive business-oriented solutions while engaging in user-centric design. You'll follow a structured approach to building new solutions, actively seek user input, analyze user behavior, and incorporate feedback into the design process.

You'll use techniques like sketching, prototyping, and user testing to validate design ideas and iterate on solutions. Additionally, you'll conduct competitor research, document your findings, and dive deep to understand technology and product features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply design principles to create solutions addressing real user needs
  • Conduct competitor research, develop information architecture, create user journeys, and explore various mockup variations and prototypes
  • Continuously evolve products' language and improve existing design solutions
  • Take an active role in organizing and streamlining design processes within the team
  • Share best practices, establish design workflows, and contribute to a collaborative and efficient design environment

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web & mobile platforms
  • Ability to think strategically and consider business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility
  • Proficiency in creating prototypes at varying levels of fidelity
  • Awareness of the latest Web/Mobile UI/UX trends
  • Experience with Figma, User Interface, Prototypes, Design system, Design Thinking, and Prototyping
