Job Description

This Junior Marketing Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Content Development – Creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, social media, and marketing copy;
  • Campaign Planning & Execution – Assisting in the planning, implementation, and performance tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns;
  • Research & Analysis – Conducting competitor research, identifying trends, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts;
  • Graphic Design & Video Editing – Preparing basic marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, presentations) and assisting in video content creation and editing;
  • Collaboration & Coordination – Working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives;
  • Marketing Tools & CRM – Utilizing various marketing tools and platforms to support automation, analytics, and reporting.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in marketing (internships, freelance, or junior roles included);
