Engagement Manager (PMO) The Project Management Office (PMO) announces recruitment for the position of Engagement Manager. At the PMO, there is a of experienced managers involved in the processes of presales and delivery of complex and demanding IT projects or services. In the case of the Engagement Manager position, it is a leading role in the bid management process and an important project stakeholder during delivery. Join our Team to support building the winning sales strategy and conduct the bid process successfully. Your tasks Being in the Bid Leader role, accountable and responsible for presales quality and efficiency, and the final result of the bid management process according to the company’s standards and methodologies Developing customer/subcontractor/vendor relationships, providing consultation to clients and the project team regarding technology, solutions, and implementation approaches during the presales and delivery stages Working as a Presales Community Leader, developing presales standards and improving the competencies of key people involved in the bid management process Acting as a Delivery Manager in the initial project or service delivery phase, if necessary Supervising and supporting the delivery process, with PMO performing project audits for incompatibility and threat identification, promoting effective teamwork Addressing customer issues and working with sales teams to generate new business Participating in conferences to promote the maturity and potential of Sii Requirements Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level Knowledge of public procurement law and experience from participation in public tenders Excellent ability to analyse customers’ needs and requirements Familiarity with negotiation techniques Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people Very good command of English and Polish Residing in Poland required Nice to have Fluent in German Benefits For You Great Place to Work Solid financial situation Contracts with the biggest brands Centre of internal trainings Many experts you can learn from Open and accessible management team Profit sharing Passion Sponsorship program Regular integration events and trips Comfortable and well-equipped offices MySii app Medical care Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales IT Services and IT Consulting Job no. -P29PN Get notified about new Engagement Manager jobs in Katowice, Śląskie, Poland. #J-18808-Ljbffr
