People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Business Analyst BSS-OSS. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Support the design and implementation of BSS-OSS systems, including device connectivity, data flow, and backend processing. Monitor and evaluate system performance, ensuring alignment with business goals. Prepare documentation including user stories, process flows, and test cases. Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in BSS-OSS domains - Solid understanding of billing architecture , frontend systems , SIM activation processes , and related telecommunications or service provisioning domains. Strong understanding of data integration, API communication, and device management. Experience working with telecom, smart city, or industrial automation projects is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field is a plus. Readiness for hybrid work in Kraków or Wrocław or Lublin (2-3 days weekly in the office) Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
