Business Analyst BSS-OSS

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Business Analyst BSS-OSS. Your duties will include: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and clients to define solution architecture and integration flows. Support the design and implementation of BSS-OSS systems, including device connectivity, data flow, and backend processing. Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and define KPIs. Monitor and evaluate system performance, ensuring alignment with business goals. Prepare documentation including user stories, process flows, and test cases. Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in IoT, M2M, and smart technologies. Requirements that must be met: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in BSS-OSS domains - Solid understanding of billing architecture , frontend systems , SIM activation processes , and related telecommunications or service provisioning domains. Strong understanding of data integration, API communication, and device management. Experience working with telecom, smart city, or industrial automation projects is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
