Planning & Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, objectives, tasks, and timelines, and ensure successful completion of deliverables.
Jira Administration : Set up and configure Jira projects, workflows, and dashboards; Reporting & Analysis : Track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on milestones, deliverables, and team velocity.
Experience : Minimum 4 years of combined experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to gather, interpret, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable items.
Technical Proficiency : Proven experience configuring and managing Jira (including workflows, issue types, custom fields, dashboards, and reports).
Project Management Tools & Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other project management frameworks.
Track record of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
