Overview Data Scientist – Medical Industry at Sii Poland Do you enjoy turning raw data into meaningful insights and building models that drive real-world impact? Together with our global client – a leading innovator known worldwide for advancing molecular diagnostics and life science research – we are creating solutions that improve healthcare and scientific discovery. This hybrid role is based in Wrocław – join us to make a difference with data Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to uncover patterns and trends Design, develop, and validate predictive models using supervised and unsupervised ML techniques Translate data into clear insights, preparing reports and visualizations for stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement data-driven solutions Apply best practices in software development, ensuring reproducibility and scalability of models Requirements At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in data science or advanced analytics Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, physics, computer science, bioinformatics) Proficiency in Python and/or R, with strong knowledge of machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyMC3) Solid background in statistics and time‑series analysis (Bayesian methods, ARIMA, MCMC) Good command of English (B2/C1), with the ability to communicate technical topics to diverse stakeholders Fluent Polish required Residing in Poland required Nice to have Experience with Spark is a plus Benefits Great Place to Work Solid financial situation Contracts with the biggest brands Centre of internal trainings Many experts you can learn from Open and accessible management team Profit sharing Passion Sponsorship program Regular integration events and trips Comfortable and well‑equipped offices MySii app Medical care Job no.
