As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will support the stable and secure operation of applications, provide user support, troubleshoot and perform application maintenance activities, and assist with project activities such as major upgrades and rollouts. supporting stable and secure operation and development of small enhancements for multiple applications in your portfolio researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues consulting with the operations team, external software providers, and users and to improve application performance collaborating in transition projects and in the further development of the service in general fluency in English ~ university degree in Computer Science or a related field ~sound IT software support experience ~ planning, coordination and organizational skills to ensure smooth application support processes and as well to assist the Product Manager or the customer directly ~ flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas Nice to have understanding of cash management processes hands-on experience in Cash Management experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Amazon Web Services experience with IT compliance documentation standards ITIL certified or readiness to pursue one Medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
