Czym się będziesz zajmować na co dzień na tym stanowisku?

  • Opracowywaniem i wdrażaniem polityk oraz procedur bezpieczeństwa organizacji.
  • Identyfikacją, oceną i zarządzaniem ryzykami związanymi z bezpieczeństwem IT i operacyjnym.
  • Monitorowaniem incydentów bezpieczeństwa, analizowaniem ich przyczyn oraz koordynowaniem działań naprawczych.
  • Prowadzeniem audytów wewnętrznych w zakresie zgodności z regulacjami (np. DORA, NIS2, GDPR).
  • Współpracą z organami nadzoru i zespołami ds. zgodności w celu spełnienia wymagań regulacyjnych.
  • Szkoleniem zespołów wewnętrznych w zakresie najlepszych praktyk bezpieczeństwa.
  • Nadzorem nad testami odporności systemów (np. testy penetracyjne, audyty infrastruktury).
  • Wdrażaniem i nadzorowaniem mechanizmów monitorowania oraz detekcji zagrożeń (np. SIEM).

Czym powinieneś się charakteryzować, żeby skutecznie odnaleźć się w tej roli?

  • minimum 3 latami doświadczenia w obszarze bezpieczeństwa IT, najlepiej w sektorze finansowym lub fintechu
  • znajomością norm, standardów bezpieczeństwa (np. ISO 27001, COBIT) oraz wymogów regulacyjnych (np. DORA, NIS2, GDPR)
  • doświadczeniem w zarządzaniu incydentami bezpieczeństwa oraz ocenie ryzyka IT
  • certyfikatami branżowymi np. CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, CRISC
  • umiejętnością analizowania i rozwiązywania problemów oraz współpracy z różnymi zespołami
  • zdolnościami komunikacyjnymi i umiejętnością przekładania technicznych zagadnień na język biznesowy
  • znajomością języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację

Dodatkowo, mile widziane:

  • praktyczna znajomość narzędzi do monitorowania bezpieczeństwa (np. SIEM, Google Security Command Center)
  • doświadczenie w administracji infrastrukturą IT i metodyki DevSecOps
