Job Overview Lokacja: Kraków (hybrydowy model – 2 dni w tygodniu z biura) Branża: FinTech / Risk & Compliance Technology Rodzaj zatrudnienia: Pełny etat, UoP Szukamy Senior Software Engineera / Lead Full Stack Engineera, który weźmie techniczne stery w projekcie tworzenia zupełnie nowej platformy wewnętrznej – Design Management Tool (DMT). To nowoczesne, webowe rozwiązanie, które pozwoli automatyzować, upraszczać i standaryzować procesy projektowania architektury biznesowej. Platforma umożliwi zarządzanie danymi, logiką biznesową oraz warstwą wizualną w jednym miejscu. Responsibilities Budować platformę od podstaw Kształtować architekturę, decydować o rozwiązaniach technologicznych Tworzyć backend (Node.js / Java / Python) oraz frontend (React / Angular) Rozwijać API, mikroserwisy, logikę danych Współpracować z architektami, product managerami i liderami biznesu Dostarczać proof of concept w ciągu pierwszych 6 miesięcy Projektowanie i rozwój pełnej architektury webowej (frontend + backend) Tworzenie i utrzymanie API, mikroserwisów, logiki biznesowej i bazy danych Współpraca w środowisku Agile (SCRUM) z zespołem i interesariuszami Udział w decyzjach technologicznych i projektowych Mentoring mniej doświadczonych inżynierów Budowa środowiska CI/CD oraz infrastruktury w chmurze (preferowany GCP) Qualifications Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w inżynierii oprogramowania Doskonała znajomość React / Angular / Vue Doświadczenie z backendem: Node.js, Java lub Python Umiejętność projektowania API, mikroserwisów, baz danych (SQL i NoSQL) Zrozumienie architektury chmurowej (GCP / AWS / Azure) Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność, komunikatywność Benefits Atrakcyjne wynagrodzenie i roczne premie Dodatkowe bonusy za wyjątkowe osiągnięcia Prywatna opieka medyczna i ubezpieczenie na życie Multisport, elastyczne godziny pracy i możliwość pracy zdalnej Jednorazowy zwrot kosztów za home office setup (do 800 PLN) Finansowanie szkoleń i certyfikacji Imprezy firmowe, inicjatywy CSR i przyjazna atmosfera #J-18808-Ljbffr
