With a highly integrated team of 400+ experts , for  over 20 years C&F has been delivering superior engineering and premium operations to Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the Life Science industry. #We are looking for an Azure Platform Support Engineer to join our cloud engineering & support team. #In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, stability, and performance of our Azure-based data and analytics platforms. You will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, platform automation, and continuous improvement.   #Monitor the health, performance and capacity of Azure platform components, including Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory (Pipelines) Troubleshoot issues across the Azure ecosystem , ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption Provide operational support for data pipelines, notebooks, ETL/ELT workflows, and CI/CD processes Collaborate with Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, and DevOps teams to resolve platform incidents Maintain and improve observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and custom dashboards Work with Azure DevOps (ADO) for CI/CD , source control, release management and deployment workflows Ensure all internal and external customer interactions are handled professionally and with the highest level of service #Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (monitoring, operations, troubleshooting) Azure Databricks (clusters, jobs, notebooks, workspace operations) Azure Data Factory Pipelines (monitoring, debugging, triggers, integration runtimes) Azure DevOps (ADO) (repositories, pipelines, boards) Experience with automation and scripting (preferably using PowerShell, Python, Bash ) Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting Excellent command of English Availability to work in a shift system between 8:00 and 18:00 #Nice to have:  Certification in Azure (e.g. Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) Familiarity with Power BI and Plotly Dash Experience with customer support Understanding of ITIL fundamentals and processes Jira, ServiceNow) Understanding of networking, identity, and security concepts in Azure You choose your employment type – we’re open to both employment contracts and B2B arrangements.  Learning & development opportunities – after your probation period, you’ll have access to a highly flexible and generous English language reimbursement program, along with an individual development budget to use as you see fit.  Classic benefits like private medical care, a sports card, and a preferential life insurance plan.
