Do Twoich głównych obowiązków na tym stanowisku należeć będzie:
- Nadzorowanie środowiska produkcyjnego – monitorowanie dostępności, konfiguracja alertów i zapewnienie pełnej widoczności stanu systemu.
- Zarządzanie procesami utrzymania , takimi jak obserwowalność, zarządzanie incydentami i problemami.
- Integracja systemów monitorowania, powiadomień i ticketów , aby zapewnić szybką reakcję na incydenty.
- Definiowanie kluczowych wskaźników wydajności (SLI, SLA, SLO) i tworzenie pulpitów nawigacyjnych do ich analizy.
- Identyfikowanie problemów , wąskich gardeł oraz obszarów do optymalizacji.
- Wsparcie operacyjne dla incydentów produkcyjnych , w tym koordynacja zespołów wsparcia i triaging krytycznych incydentów (P1).
- Analiza i zbieranie metryk ze wszystkich systemów (OS, aplikacje, chmury AWS/Azure) w celu diagnozowania błędów i poprawy wydajności.
- Prognozowanie i planowanie pojemności systemów , aby zoptymalizować wydajność.
- Automatyzacja operacji – skalowanie systemów wraz z obciążeniem i optymalizacja rutynowych zadań.
- Tworzenie i mapowanie ścieżek krytycznych usług we współpracy z zespołami produktowymi, DevOps i architektami.
- Współpraca z zespołami programistycznymi nad trwałym usuwaniem błędów i optymalizacją architektury usług.
- Koordynacja działań z zespołami wsparcia dostawców zewnętrznych , dbając o zgodność z SLA i wydajność systemów.
- Zrozumienie kluczowych aspektów biznesowych obsługiwanych usług i aktywne wdrażanie usprawnień.
- Optymalizacja procesów związanych z zarządzaniem dostępem, zmianami i wykorzystaniem zasobów.

Ta oferta będzie idealna dla Ciebie, jeśli posiadasz:
- Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia w branży IT.
- Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu, wsparciu lub utrzymaniu platformy mikrousług jako SRE lub DevOps Engineer.
- Tytuł licencjata w dziedzinie związanej z IT
- Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku wielochmurowym ( AWS , Azure ).
- Silne umiejętności analityczne, debugowania i rozwiązywania problemów.
- Doświadczenie z wielkoskalowymi systemami rozproszonymi i przetwarzaniem w chmurze.
- Biegłą znajomość IaaS , GitOps i CI/CD .
- Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne w zakresie przekazywania koncepcji technicznych, skutecznego dzielenia się wiedzą i tworzenia przejrzystej dokumentacji.
- Angielski przynajmniej na poziomie C1-

Chociaż nie będziesz musiał kodować, chcielibyśmy abyś potrafił zrozumieć, co mówią Ci nasi architekci, programiści i DevOps, dlatego oczekujemy, że będziesz miał praktyczną wiedzę na temat większości poniższych zagadnień:
