Job function: Engineering and IT. Job functions, responsibilities, and qualifications are described below. Responsibilities Całościowe zaprojektowanie i koordynacja rozwiązań systemowych w projekcie. Integracja systemów klasy BSS (CRM, CPQ, billing) oraz platform partnerskich. Zapewnienie spójnej architektury biznesowo-technicznej obejmującej procesy ofertowania, wyceny, zamówień i kontraktów. Integracja z katalogiem produktów, inwentaryzacją i systemami billingowymi. Łączenie perspektywy biznesowej (CRM, procesy sprzedaży, modele cenowe, umowy ramowe) z techniczną (API TMF, Kafka, integracje REST, modelowanie usług i danych). Współpraca z zespołami dostawców technologii i klienta. Aktywne zarządzanie otwartymi punktami integracyjnymi (synchronizacja statusów, master data, propagacja ofert, grup zakupowych, umów ramowych). Mapowanie procesów biznesowych na przepływy systemowe (RFQ–Quote–Order–Contract). Dokumentowanie architektury (diagramy, modele danych, opisy integracji). Prowadzenie warsztatów i współpraca z wieloma stronami projektu. Wymagania Doświadczenie w projektowaniu rozwiązań klasy BSS, szczególnie w obszarze CRM, CPQ i billing. Znajomość integracji systemów opartych na REST API i Kafka, w tym TMF API (np. TMF622 Product Ordering Management). Umiejętność modelowania danych produktowych (Product Catalog, Product Offering, Product Specifications, Frame Agreements). Wiedza z zakresu PIM (Party/
