We’re building a new Analytics-focused engineering team in Poland to support a global digital communications platform used by millions of businesses and customers worldwide. The platform enables seamless interaction between users and brands across web, mobile, and advertising channels. This is a great opportunity for Senior QA Engineers with Python to join a high-impact international project in its early phase — contributing to data-driven solutions, collaborating with global teams, and working with modern technologies in a dynamic environment. Design and execute test cases for assigned features or modules, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards. Contribute to test planning activities, collaborating with QA leads and project managers to estimate effort, define testing milestones, and align QA activities with project timelines. Perform test analysis, reviewing requirements, creating test plans, and executing test cases to identify and report defects, contributing to the overall quality of the software. Participate in test automation efforts, assisting in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts. Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall test automation strategy. Contribute to the test automation strategy, identifying opportunities for automation, developing automated test scripts, and collaborating with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline. Strong experience in QA and test automation Proficiency in SQL (ability to read and write complex queries) Solid knowledge of Python and experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Understanding of ETL processes , data validation , and backend testing Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Kafka) Knowledge of data quality frameworks and test data management Understanding of performance testing or ML/AI pipelines Opportunity to work on bleeding-edge projects Flexible schedule Benefits package - medical insurance, sports GDYN) is a leading provider of technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and advanced analytics services.
