She or he will deal with problem-solving of contemporary market challenges and strategic priorities, providing diligent expertise and advice. The successful candidate will assist our clients in developing, implementing, and managing effective strategies that help them achieve their goals and thrive in an increasingly competitive environment.ResponsibilitiesCritical data search, selection, and analysis. Structuring the data and insights. Drawing robust conclusions with the client agenda in mind. Preparing compelling PowerPoint reports. Participating in meetings with clients (presenting conclusions, proposing solutions). Planning and managing tasks independently while adhering to set deadlines. Requirements2+ years of experience in the consulting/strategy industry, min. 1 year as a consultant. Ability to use and synthesize data to analyze business challenges and opportunities. Practical skills (and/or interest) in a contemporary business environment, i.e. strategic analysis, efficiency improvement, restructuring, business transformation, etc. Ability to read financial statements and interpret financial data. Strong skill in conveying messages in a concise and effective manner. Ability to manage parallel tasks/processes. Skills in creating presentations/reports in PowerPoint/Excel. Fluency in English and Polish, in both speaking and writing. Interested in building strategic consulting capacity. High-performance culture, strong work ethic, and a "can do" attitude. Attention to detail. Nice To HaveKnowledge of the financial markets and digital payments ecosystem. Experience (may be in the form of an internship or a one-time assignment) working for MBB (McKinsey & Company, BCG, Bain) or the Big Four (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG). Demonstrates a strong interest or background in non-financial industry topics.
