‍ TWOJA ROLA:

  • Zapewnianie wsparcia na poziomie Tier 1, odpowiadanie na typowe pytania dotyczące API oraz przekazywanie problemów technicznych do zespołu deweloperskiego, gdy jest to konieczne.
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołem deweloperskim oraz menedżerami produktu w celu priorytetyzacji potrzeb klientów, przekazywania opinii oraz synchronizacji nadchodzących aktualizacji.
  • Pełnienie roli pierwszego punktu kontaktu dla klientów API, obsługa zapytań przychodzących oraz wsparcie w procesie wdrożenia.
  • Śledzenie i zarządzanie wieloma integracjami API na różnych etapach (wdrażanie, testowanie, produkcja, utrzymanie).
  • Budowanie silnych relacji z klientami, zapewnianie im wsparcia oraz bieżących informacji na każdym etapie integracji.
  • Utrzymywanie jasnej, profesjonalnej i skutecznej komunikacji za pośrednictwem e-maila, czatu i wideorozmów.

CZEGO OCZEKUJEMY OD CIEBIE?

  • Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie komercyjne na stanowisku Application Support Engineer lub podobnej.
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta, wsparcia technicznego, integracji systemów lub koordynacji projektów.
  • Zainteresowanie podejmowaniem decyzji na podstawie danych oraz usprawnianiem procesów pracy.
  • Zdolność do jednoczesnego zarządzania wieloma projektami i interakcjami z klientami.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
  • Dobra znajomość  Jira, Confluence, Slack oraz  MS Office .

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy ze wskaźnikami KPI lub podejmowaniu decyzji opartych na danych.
  • Zrozumienie procesów tworzenia oprogramowania.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z interfejsami API.
