Obowiązki :

  • Strategiczne zarządzanie produktem (wizja, strategia) oraz ścisła współpraca z Product Ownerami w produkcie 
  • Wyznaczanie celów strategicznych dla produktu oraz prowadzenie wysokopoziomowej roadmapy
  • Horyzontalne identyfikowanie zależności i ryzyk między produktami w obszarze aplikacji sklepowych
  • Współpraca z przedstawicielami innych zespołów produktowych oraz zespołów usługowych w departamencie technologii (np. security, infrastruktura, itd.)
  • Budowanie i utrzymanie relacji z interesariuszami - łączenie potrzeb zarówno organizacji jak i użytkowników
  • Ustalanie celów i zadań dla PO uwzględniając wartość biznesową, czas, terminowość, koszty i inne zależności produktowe i projektowe,
  • potrzeb biznesowych i przełożenie ich na wartościowe rozwiązania w produkcie oraz maksymalizację wartości produktu,
  • Zarządzanie budżetem produktu - w tym wielkością zespołu developerskiego,
  • Budowanie dobrych praktyk z zakresu product managementu i wdrażanie ich do produktu
  • Całościowa odpowiedzialność za powierzony produkt w zakresie jego rozwoju oraz utrzymania, jakości, dostępności i optymalizacji procesów

 

✅Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie min. 3-4 lata w prowadzeniu produktu w złożonym ekosystemie informatycznym, realizowanym przez wielu dostawców (w tym software house).
  • Wiedza i praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy w zespole Scrumowym (doświadczenie w roli Product Ownera i pracy z Product Backlogiem). Doświadczenie w budowaniu zespołów i wdrażaniu praktyk agilowych,
  • Znajomość procesów wytwarzania oprogramowania w złożonym środowisku integracyjnym,
  • Silne nastawienie na realizację celów i maksymalizację wartości produktu oraz rozumienie potrzeb biznesowych i użytkownika końcowego,
  • Umiejętności analityczne i techniczne pozwalające współpracować z zespołem przy realizacji zadań.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne na różnych poziomach w organizacji oraz Umiejętność angażowania osób z różnych obszarów firmy do wspólnego działania,
  • Samodzielność, kreatywność i odpowiedzialność za produkt.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego - min. poziom B2

 

Mile Widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w branży retail,
  • Znajomość rozwiązań JIRA, O365, Confluence,
  • Certyfikat SCRUM (PSM, PSPO) lub Product Management Academy
