Position Overview:

The Regulatory Compliance Manager will oversee the company's global compliance operations, with a focus on regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial regulations and global licenses, and will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the firm adheres to all relevant compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regulatory compliance function across global financial licenses.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to align with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise a team of compliance professionals and ensure the successful execution of compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies, as necessary, to ensure the company's activities are compliant with laws and regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare for external regulatory inspections.
  • Provide senior management with regular updates on compliance status and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in global financial regulations and licensing.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a compliance team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
