The company has a strong presence in Warsaw and is focused on delivering value through its marketing strategies Job Description Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders Report on marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Brand Marketing should have: 7-10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role A proven track record in managing marketing teams within the sectors Retail, Consumer Goods Strong strategic planning and leadership skills Experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and market trends Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics tools Fluent in English (C1 level).
