We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to shape the future of Tylko’s product configurator — the heart of our customer journey, where furniture, technology, and design meet. Every day, thousands of people use our configurator to design furniture that perfectly fits their homes. If you’re excited by solving complex design problems, creating next-generation e-commerce tools, and seeing your work directly impact thousands of homes, we’d love to meet you. Own the end-to-end product design process for the Tylko configurator, from concept to production. ~ Design and continuously improve a tool that handles complex interactions : real-time customization, 3D visualization, dynamic pricing. ~ Translate customer needs and business goals into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI . ~ Present and explain design decisions with clarity, guiding stakeholders toward the best user experience. ~ Shape and evolve the Tylko Design System , including components specific to configurator design. ~(Optional growth path) Mentor mid-level designers and influence how design is practiced at Tylko. One bonus day off every month And of course, a dog-friendly office 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer. ~ Proven track record of owning and delivering complex digital products . ~ Strong UX skills and a deep understanding of user behavior in interactive environments. ~ Proficiency in Figma and experience working with cross-functional teams. ~ Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture direction with detailed design decisions. ~ Fluency in Polish and English. Experience with 3D rendering, WebGL, or performance optimization. Graphic design skills (iconography, animation). Your work will directly shape how thousands of people create furniture for their homes. Designing for a cutting-edge, interactive configurator — not just another checkout flow.
