Overview High-impact leadership position Managing finance and accounting team based in Łódź About Our Client We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to step into the role of CFO at a respected service company within a well-established corporate group. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone ready to drive financial strategy at the heart of the business. You will lead a small, skilled accounting and finance team and work closely with executive management to shape financial reporting and support strategic growth. Job Description Managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Driving effective cash flow planning and working capital optimization to ensure financial stability and support business continuity Partnering with C-level executives on financial matters, business performance, and strategic initiatives Preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performing in-depth variance and trend analyses Supporting the development of financial strategies and participating in business planning processes Providing actionable financial analysis to operational teams and senior leadership for performance optimization Driving improvements in financial reporting, budgeting tools, and business intelligence systems Cooperation with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies Supporting internal control functions and ensuring alignment with audit and compliance standards The Successful Applicant University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior finance or leadership role High level of proactivity, integrity, and adherence to professional standards Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration Solid knowledge of investment financing and capital structuring Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), with the ability to operate effectively in an international business environment Willingness to work on-site at the company's office in Łódź What’s on Offer This opportunity allows you to join a well-established and reputable organization that values professionalism and fosters a supportive working environment.
