Project

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead exciting IT initiatives and support our teams in delivering high-quality solutions. If you love keeping things organized, working with people, and driving projects forward, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities:
Managing multiple IT projects simultaneouslyPlanning, coordinating, and overseeing project tasksReporting project progress to clients and internally within the organizationFacilitating meetings such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status updatesIdentifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocksEnsuring high-quality standards are met across all project phases

Collaborating daily with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure success

Expected competences and knowledge:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industryStrong background in reporting and stakeholder managementSolid problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesGood command of English (both spoken and written), enabling effective collaboration in international projectsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teamsAbility to navigate and adapt in a dynamic environment

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
