Do naszego zespołu HR poszukujemy
Talent Sourcera
, który wesprze nas w budowaniu silnego pipeline'u kandydatów na kluczowe role w organizacji.

Zadania:

  • aktywne wyszukiwanie kandydatów (IT, finanse/księgowość, operacje) na LinkedIn i innych kanałach sourcingowych,
  • tworzenie i wdrażanie strategii sourcingowych oraz map talentów,
  • budowanie długofalowych relacji z kandydatami i dbanie o ich doświadczenie,
  • współpraca z Rekruterami i Hiring Managerami nad precyzyjnym określaniem profili,
  • wstępny screening kandydatów i przekazywanie ich w proces,
  • monitorowanie rynku pracy i trendów rekrutacyjnych.

Oczekujemy:

  • min. 1–2 lat doświadczenia w sourcingu talentów (mile widziane IT lub finanse/operacje),
  • znajomości narzędzi sourcingowych (LinkedIn Recruiter / X-Ray / boolean search),
  • zdolności do szybkiego uczenia się i analitycznego myślenia,
  • wysokich umiejętności komunikacyjnych oraz nastawienia na współpracę,
  • dobrej organizacji pracy i samodzielności,
  • komunikatywnego angielskiego (B2).

Mile widziane:

  • doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku agencyjnym lub in-house,
  • znajomość ATS i podstaw employer brandingu,
  • zainteresowanie branżą technologiczną.
