Our support is provided via ticketing systems and live chat, handling customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform. Responsibilities:

  • Handle high amounts of live chat and phone calls
  • Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.
  • High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous.
  • A sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills.
  • Willing to work under different work shifts, including night shifts.
