We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life-saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.

Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 300 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

This is how your responsibilities
would look like:

  • Processing Fixed Assets requests and maintaining FA registering
  • Investment status checking and activation of Fixed Assets performing
  • Assets physical count supporting
  • Period end close (monthly/quarterly) reporting (including input to legal package) Depreciation executing and issue solving
  • Supporting with CAPEX invoices
  • Inventory Accounting activities performing
  • Posting prepayments and final invoices, bank guarantees
  • Clearing vendor prepayment postings and checking open items list for payment run Effectively handling customer inquiries

We also need to have some requirements
, so here they are:

  • 1+ years of experience working in financial and accounting SSC environment or in other accounting environment
  • Good knowledge of any accounting process
  • Good knowledge of accounting rules and principles
  • Previous fixed asset accounting experience as nice to have
  • SAP system knowledge as a must
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
  • Collaborative attitude with approach of solution finding
  • Team player, goal oriented, flexible
  • Analytical skills
  • University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting as expected educational background
