Responsibilities
:
- Establishing business contacts – acquiring sales leads through industry-specific social media platforms and email communication;
- Actively acquiring new clients;
- Conducting phone calls and organizing prospect meetings with potential clients;
- Identifying and verifying client needs to explore new business opportunities;
- Preparing business proposals and sales presentations;
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with Seargin's client managers;
- Close cooperation with other Seargin departments to execute sales and business development strategies;
- Collecting and verifying client data required by the sales department;
- Attending business trips and meetings;
- Entering and updating data in Seargin's internal system;
- Timely reporting to direct supervisors in line with Seargin's guidelines and internal procedures.
Requirements
:
- Fluent in English (full working proficiency);
- University degree;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT industry;
- Negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
- Knowledge of IT industry technologies and their practical application;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to perform under time pressure;
- Persistence in achieving set goals;
- Ability to work in an organized and systematic manner, even with repetitive tasks;
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional approach toward clients;
