*Sales Support Specialist
Your duties will include-*

  • Providing professional customer service (order processing, correspondence, telephone contact with the customer)
  • Issuing invoices and sales documents
  • Monitoring customer accounts, controlling credit limits and collecting receivables
  • Handling the complaints process in accordance with applicable procedures
  • Entering data into the SENT system and verifying the correctness of transport notifications
  • Entering discounts and updating customer data in the system in accordance with applicable terms and conditions
  • Collaboration with departments- logistics, sales, finance, and area managers
  • Participation in implementation projects (e.g. changes to the ERP system, new procedures)
  • Managing customer accounts on the partner portal

Requirements-

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or logistics support
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills and teamwork skills
  • English at least at a basic level
  • Good knowledge MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP or Sales Force is an added advantage
