Join us as
Junior Customer Care Specialist - Order Management with German - (A2/B1 level)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing
-
enter sales orders into the system based on customer purchase orders. - Case management
- sort and classify incoming cases to ensure proper processing.
- Problem Resolution -
independently address issues encountered during order processing. - Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
– maintain a strong focus on compliance with company policies. - Champion a customer-focused mindset
– supports positive customer and patient outcomes and contribute to a customer-first culture including resolving customer complaints and claims efficiently. - Collaborate with co-workers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues -
actively engage with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service? Great
But if you're just starting out, that's fine too - English at B2 level
- German at A2/B1 level
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP experience? That's a bonus
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days in the office, the rest from home)
