Join us as
Junior Customer Care Specialist - Order Management with German

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing
    -
    enter sales orders into the system based on customer purchase orders.
  • Case management
  • sort and classify incoming cases to ensure proper processing.
  • Problem Resolution -
    independently address issues encountered during order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
    – maintain a strong focus on compliance with company policies.
  • Champion a customer-focused mindset
    – supports positive customer and patient outcomes and contribute to a customer-first culture including resolving customer complaints and claims efficiently.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues -
    actively engage with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience in order processing / sales support / customer service or similar would be an asset
  • Very good English language skills (B2)
  • German language skills (A2/B1/B2)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home in a week)
