Customer Service Representative (f/m)_Warsaw_Cracow_Radomsko

Twój zakres obowiązków
  • Obsługa w systemie SAP zamówień składanych przez klientów
  • Utrzymywanie bieżącego kontaktu z klientami w sprawach handlowych, logistycznych i administracyjnych
  • Wsparcie sprzedaży produktów grupy RAVAGO
  • Kontrola poprawności treści i obiegu dokumentów
  • Dbałość o zachowanie obowiązujących w firmie procedur
  • Monitorowanie rynku pod kątem nowych inwestycji i przekazywanie odpowiednich informacji przedstawicielom regionalnym
  • Jest to praca w dynamicznym środowisku, polegająca na ciągłym kontakcie z managerami sprzedaży, dostawcami, klientami oraz innymi działami spółki (administracja, kredyty, księgowość, logistyka), stąd ważne są: dobra organizacja pracy, sumienne podejście do obowiązków, samodzielność oraz dokładność

  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu oraz w dynamicznie zmieniających się warunkach
  • Zdolność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów
  • Dokładność i skrupulatność w pracy z dokumentami oraz danymi
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz współpracy z wieloma działami jednocześnie
  • Gotowość do poszerzania wiedzy technicznej o produktach
  • Wysoka kultura osobista i umiejętność prowadzenia profesjonalnej komunikacji (mailowej i telefonicznej)
Mile widziane
  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w firmie sprzedającej produkty techniczne
  • Znajomość systemu SAP lub systemów sprzedaży
