How You Will Make An Impact
As a People Analytics Junior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering data and insights across Arla. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Supporting data analytics across various disciplines of HR (e.g. talent acquisition, talent, organizational effectiveness)
  • Acting as s point of contact for internal stakeholders on people data questions and requests
  • Maintaining and enhancing reporting & analytics solutions
  • Communicating data insights to internal stakeholders using storytelling and visualization tools
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and define analytics requirements
  • Supporting adoption of tools and reports in People Analytics through user training, documentation, and communication
  • Seeking process improvements to ensure scalable, sustainable reporting operations
  • Contributing into global HR projects

What Will Make You Successful
We are looking for a candidate with the following professional skills and personal characteristics

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Proven work experience, preferably in consulting or in a large international company
  • Strong critical thinking skills and comfort working with data, metrics, and logical concepts
  • Ability to present data & insights to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong relationships and good collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English
  • Excellent customer-focused mindset oriented to solve business challenge
  • PowerBI knowledge is a benefit
