As a Data Scientist, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• Collaborating cross-functionally with domain experts, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements to AI / Machine Learning requirements
• Exploring, processing, and analyzing diverse healthcare data
• Training, applying and/or evaluating deep learning or LLM models including Agentic AI
• Ensuring data privacy and compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA during model development and deployment
• Breaking down complex technical concepts and models into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or related fields or Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience
• Experience developing Machine Learning models with Python and libraries like PyTorch, Tensorflow, Scikit-Learn, and Transformers
• Solid knowledge of statistical concepts
• Experience with providing maintainable and reusable code for Agentic AI and Machine Learning applications, including source control with Git, unit testing, and an understanding of CI/CD
• Good communication skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Familiarity with a cloud provider, preferably AWS
• Experience with solving real-world problems with LLMs and/or Agentic AI
• Proficiency with processing large amounts of data using technologies such as PySpark
• Demonstrated ability of working in interdisciplinary environments
